This festive season, Urban Fun invites children aged 6 to 12 to join an exciting architecture-themed holiday camp!

Young designers will explore the world of buildings, structures, and creative construction through hands-on activities, guided drawing, model building, teamwork and presentation skills. Children may join both camp sessions or choose individual days—our registration is flexible to suit your schedule.

Part 1: Architecture Through Time

Dates: December 29 & 30
In this two-day journey, children will travel through architectural history—from ancient wonders to futuristic design! Participants will learn how buildings evolved across different eras and cultures, discover famous architectural styles, and explore how architects use shapes, patterns and materials to bring ideas to life.
Activities include:

• Guided technical drawing & modelling

• Creative design challenges

• Learning key architectural terminology

• Group discussions and visual presentations

This session builds core architectural awareness and confidence in artistic expression.

Part 2: Architectural Modelling Workshop

Date: January 2
In this immersive one-day workshop, children will apply their knowledge to build their own architectural models. Using a variety of materials, they will design, plan, construct and present their model to the group, just like real architects!

Activities include:

• Model making and 3D construction

• Drawing plans and elevations

• Teamwork, problem-solving solving and creativity

• Presentation and display of final projects

This is a fantastic hands-on day perfect for children who love creating and building!
