Sinem Metin Kacar, PhD
Sinem started her career as an Urban Designer in the US after completing her Master’s degree. After several years in the practice, she continued her career in academia and completed her doctoral degree by specialising in knowledge economies and the city. She taught Urban Planning and Urban Design to University students.
After becoming a mother, she started doing architectural activities with her son at a very young age. During one of those play times, she founded Urban Fun with Mrs Onay and began testing the idea in various schools.

A London-based urban planner and researcher holding PhD., M.Sc. and BA degrees in Urban and Regional Planning. A wealth of experience in strategic planning, urban governance, conservation, and site management. Impactful professional background, including projects with stakeholders such as UN-HABITAT, UNESCO and ICOMOS. Demonstrates excellent analytical and project management skills.
